Delivery Policy

Orders within the United States are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States – Travers City, Michigan. 
Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. 
Express orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, postal orders to these countries are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.

If for any reason we are unable to ship to your country at this time, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and refund your order in full.

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • If we don’t have your desired product for any reason – we will fully refund your order and notify you via email.
  • You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. 
  • Shipping costs for your order are based on your location (you will see the price for shipping during the checkout process).
  • The delivery date for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, shipping method and quantity of items ordered, and your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Typically, it takes 2-15 business days to receive your order after purchase.
  • Shipping costs for your order are not refundable. 
  • You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties and excise taxes.
  • If there is any damage to the items you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us within 5 days after receiving your order.
