Delivery Policy

Orders within the US and to Canada are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States – Travers City, Michigan.
Orders to Europe are shipped from our warehouse located in Poland.
Orders to any other countries in the world will be shipped from a location which enables the fastest delivery possible.
If for some reason we cannot ship to your country at the moment, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and fully refund the order.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • If we don’t have your desired product for some reason – we will fully refund your order and notify you via email.
  • You can pay via Credit Card or Paypal.
  • Shipping costs for your order are not refundable
  • Shipping costs for your order are based on your location (you will see price for the shipping during the checkout process).
  • The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Usually it takes 2-15 working days to deliver your order after the purchase.
  • If you don’t receive your order within 30 working days – you are entitled to a full refund.
  •  You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
  • If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
