Is the NOW Watch a real watch?
We have 2 versions of NOW Watches.
Every product has an information about that in the product description.
For example:
- The product NOW Watch White is not a real watch. It just looks like a watch. It doesn’t have a real watch inside.
- The product entitled Wooden NOW Watch – Sandalwood is a real watch with the mechanism and battery inside.
Does NOW Watch have a led touch screen?
NOW Watch does not have a touch screen. It is not an electronic smart watch.
Is the Wooden NOW Watch made of a real wood?
All the wooden watches on our website are made of a real wood.
Which NOW Watch is the eco-friendliest?
All our wooden watches are considered to be eco-friendly as they are made of recyclable materials (wood). The fastest growing wood is bamboo which can grow even up to 1m (3.28 foot) a day. Therefore, bamboo material is considered as a very eco friendly material.
How do I return the product? Will I get my money back?
You just need to send us the product back to our address (you can find it in our contact page). Also, please inform us via email about the reason and send us your order number or full name. Our email address can be found on the same contact page.
As soon as we receive the product, we will give you the money back.
How do I get a free shipping?
Free shipping is for orders over $85. You have to order products of a value of more than $85 and your cart will be updated automatically showing you that the shipping is free. We offer as well free shipping for all the orders within the US.
Will I be able to monitor/track the shipping when I order?
Yes – you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
