🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to almost every country worldwide. Here’s a list of countries we currently ship to:

📦 Where do you ship from?
We ship from three warehouses to optimize delivery:
- 🇺🇸 United States – ships to USA and some orders to Canada
- 🇵🇱 Poland (EU) – ships to Europe and surrounding regions
- 🇨🇳 China – ships to Asia, Australia, and international countries not covered above
We automatically choose the best location based on your address and product availability.
⏱️ How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- Asia / Australia: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Tracking info is sent via email when your order ships.
💰 What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Just fill in your address at checkout and you’ll see the exact shipping cost and delivery time.
🔁 What’s your return & refund policy?
You can return or exchange any order within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- If your order included free shipping, a $10 fee is deducted to cover shipping costs

💧 Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes — most watches are water-resistant for daily use, such as handwashing or light rain. We don’t recommend swimming, showering, or diving with them unless specifically stated on the product page.

🕰️ Do the watches show time?
We offer two types of watches:
- Timeless Watches: Only display “NOW” — they do not show time at all
- Real Watches: Function like regular watches, but with a visible “NOW” logo on the dial as a mindfulness reminder
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
🛠️ Warranty Info
All watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover water damage, accidental damage, or strap wear.
