The watch is gorgeous, more beautiful than I expected. Also beautifully packaged. A pleasant surprise was a free gift: cards with quotes of influential people like Oprah Winfrey and Jim Carrey. Very nice and professional customer service. Fast delivery.

I cannot recommend this watch and this company highly enough.
Firstly I contacted Greg to see if they ship to Australia – I had the answer Yes within 24 hrs.
I then placed an order for 2 of these watches (one as a gift) and all correspondence from the company A1.
Between the expected delivery date I received x2 emails from suspicious addresses stating that they had made a mistake with my delivery address and requested I click on a link to confirm my address. Suspecting this was a scam I emailed Greg re this (poor Greg) and he confirmed that it was a scam.
A few days later ( within the predicted delivery time given) the parcel arrived, securely wrapped and properly addressed.
To say I am delighted with the watches is an understatement. They are of a high quality and they supply a little gadget to remove some links if the band is too long which mine was but I must admit I took it to my jeweler to have a few links removed as I didn’t want to risk damaging the watch.
