If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return it for a refund or exchange it for something else.
You can return or exchange your order up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
You will receive a full refund for the product you purchased.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For orders that we have shipped with a free shipping option, for example: 1 watch, the shipping and handling cost is approximately $10, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you selected a paid shipping option, the shipping charge will not be refunded, but the product will be fully refunded.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the exact condition in which you received them. The product must also be in its original box and/or packaging.
